Description:
HJ260 is a kind of low-Mn high-Si and mid-F flux newly developed by our company. It appears light-grey pumice-like particles with the mesh of 8-40(2.5-0.45mm) and 10-60(2-0.3mm). During the course of welding,direct-current main is adopted,the arc is stable and the appearance of bead is fine. It is characterized by small specific weight,low consumption and better appearance than HJ260.
Usage:
It can be used in the welding of relevant acid-proof stainless structures in conjunction with stainless welding wires (such as HOCr21Ni10,HOCr20Ni1OTi,H1Cr13,H2Cr13,H3Cr13,etc).It is also used in the submerge-arc build-up welding of all kinds of continuous cast rollers,hot-rolled rollers,mid-or small-sized steel rollers,corrosion-proof shafts,wheels,etc with excellent performance.
Cautions:
1.Impurities on the welding surface must be removed before welding,such as oil soil,moisture,iron rust,etc.
2.The flux must be baked for 2 hours under the temperature of 300-400℃ before it is used.
