welding flux->Fused Welding Fluxes->TY·HJ151 |
TY·HJ151 |
Description: HJ151 is a kind of smelting-type ono-Mn mid-Si and mid-F flux. It appears blue-grey to dark-grey pumice-like particles with the mesh of 10-60(2-0.3mm).During the course of welding,direct-current main is adopted and welding wires or bands are connected to the positive electrode.It has the advantages in application of good welding performance,fine detachability and fine appearance of bead.It is characterized by less C addition and less loss of Cr when used in the welding of austenitic stainless steel. Usage: it can be used in the strip surfacing in conjunction with austenitic stainless welding wires or bands (Such as HOCr21Ni10,HOCr20Ni10Ti,HOOCr24Ni12Nb,HOOCr21Ni10Nb,HOOCr21Ni10,etc).It is suitable for the build-up welding of nuclear containers and petrochemical equipment's corrosion-proof layers,for the surfacing of pressure vessels and manufacturing of hot-wall hydrogen furnaces,etc. It is also used in the repair welding of austenitic manganese steel in conjunction with HOOCr16Mn16 welding wire. Performance of Surfacing Layers: (It can be used in the transition-layer welding in conjunction with HOOCr26Ni12 and in the build-up welding of 50mm-thick 18MnMoNb steel plate in conjunction with HOOCr21Ni10 as the surface-layer welding band.) 1.Mechanical Performance(See attached list) 2.C addition on the Surfacing Layer ≤1.01%,Cr loss ≤1.5%. 3.After the sensitizing treatment,the intergranular-corrosion samples have passed the Test GB4334.5-----"Testing Ways to Stainless Steel Corroded by Suifuric Acid---Copper Sulphate". Cautions: 1.Impurities on the welding surface must be removed before welding,such as oil soil,moisture,iron rust,etc. 2.The flux must be baked for 2 hours under the temperature of 250-300℃ before it is used.
