Description:
      TY.SJ101 is a kind of fluoride-alkaline-type slag-serial sintered flux,mesh 10-60(2.0-0.3mm).It has great capacity of sulphur removal,phosphor removal and anti-rust.The technology has good performance,easy to deslag and with fine appeaeance of weld,even in the narrow gap of deep slope entrance.The metal welding seam has good plasto-toughness,with low diffution of hydrogen and fine cold and heat crack resistance.
    Usage:
    It can be applied to different welding wires and is fit for welding of low-carbon steel and lowalloy steel.Moreover,it can be used for fast welding of pipeline steel and for welding of thickwallstructures of different high-tensile steel.
    Cautions:
    1.The oil soil,moisture,iron and other foreign substances must be removed from the welding joint.
    2.It is better to use direct crrrent.
    3.The welding flux must be baked under 300-350℃ for 2 hours.
