welding material for pipeline engineering->All->TY·SJ612 |
TY·SJ612 |
Description: TY·SJ612 is a kind of sintered flux specially developed for the flux-cored wire in use of nitrogen-containing Martensite build-up welding. It may replace Japan-made NB-70M flux. The raw materials of the flux have high purity and the content of S and P is lower than 0.02%,It possesses the following features:it has a good appearance of weld and a smooth and clean surface, without slag inclusions, without pores, and it has less loss of alloy elements, keeping the welding layers to have properties of erosion resistance,anti-ageing and abrasion resistance. Usage:it may be used in the build-up welding fo high-temperature,thermal-cycle,heavy-duty conticaster rolls and hot-rolled folls. Cautions: 1.The welding flux must be baked for 2 hours at the temperature of 300-350℃ before the build-up welding. 2.After the build-up welding, the used flux should be screened with 10-40 mesh screen to remove small slags and fine powder mixed into it, ensuring the quality of the build-up welding layers.
