Description:
TY·SJ601 is a specialized alkali sintered flux,b∥w=1.8,mesh 10-60(2.0-0.3mm). Either alternating or direct current can be used. And welding wires must be connected with the positive electrode when direct current is used. The welding technology has good performance and the slag is easy to drop in the slope entrance,accompanied by fine appearance of weld, And almost no carbon is added during the course of welding,with advantages of less loss of chrome and good intergranular corrosion resistance.
Usage:
when applied to appropriate welding wires such as HOCr21Ni10,HOOCr21Ni10 and HOOCr19Ni12Mo2, It can weld low-carbon steel,super-low carbon steel and highalloy heat-resisting steel,and is fit for multiway welding.
Cautions:
1.The oil soil,moisture,iron rust and other foreign substances must be removed form the welding joint.
2.The welding flux must be baked under 300-500℃ for 2 hours before welding.
